Workouts need to fit busy season

Getting fit (and staying fit) is easier when it fits your lifestyle. When you can get fit when you’re busy, you’ll never have to “get fit again”.

Workouts need to be approachable

Start simple and doable, and progress over time. We’re trying to do this longer than a 90-Day challenge, and we don’t have time to get injured during training.

Training needs to prioritize consistency

It doesn’t need to be perfect, you just have to show up!

Our programs focus on these training qualities

  • Strength: Get strong enough to do things you want to do.

  • Mobility: Get mobile enough to live comfortably. Flexible enough to not feel stiff all the time.

  • Muscle: Build enough muscle to look and feel healthy.

  • Conditioning: Build an efficient engine that supports fat loss and recovery.

We’re not so into…

  • Weight loss: Unless you’re competing in a weight class sport, we think that fat loss is what people usually want, not weight loss.

  • Long workouts: We’re not trying to spend eternity in the gym. We can be very effective and efficient in an hour or less.
