Then, you get to work. Train weekly, logging in your progress. Get training feedback, make adjustments, and continue improving week to week.

Q: What if I don't know how to do the exercises?

A: No worries! Each exercise has a YouTube video demo of the movement, and there are exercise details through the coaching app!

Q: How do the workouts look like?

A: Most workouts start with a 5-minute warm-up, a strength section (~20 min), accessory work (~15 min), and finishing off with targeted exercises ( ~10 min).

Q: How long do the workouts take?

A: The workouts take about 40-60 minutes.

Q: Do I need to download any software?

A: Your program & coaching is delivered via the EverFit training app! There you'll see all your workouts and exercise demo videos.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: You'll need access to at least dumbbells or kettlebells ranging from light to heavy weight. Higher level strength goals will require the use of barbells and other equipment.

Q: How are the workouts structured? What types of splits do you use?

A: Most programs I create involve full body workouts, or an upper body + lower body split depending on the goal.

Q: What if I have an injury and can’t do a specific exercise? How will I know what to do?

A: Your program starts with a movement assessment to determine what exercises work better for your mobility and strength level.
