How personalized coaching works:

1. Assessment

This is where I get to know you. You start with mobility assessments so I can better understand where you are in your journey. It matters because your program is based on your goals, skill level, and what you truly enjoy. Based on that assessment, I’ll create your training plan.

2. Training

Then, you start the work! You’ll access your workouts, track your progress, and see demo videos of all exercises all inside of an app. You’ll do the workouts filming exercises for form feedback, and receive feedback to improve.

  • You’re coachable, willing to ask questions and take feedback.

  • Your goals involve competing in bodybuilding or powerlifting.

  • You want to spend 2+ hours at the gym.

  • You can’t with technology. (This is an online program)
